Where can I find pricing information?
There is zero pricing information on this blog, with the exception of our Custom Card Designs. Become a client of Cheddar Designs and we’ll email you a PDF containing our pricing and services.
How can I open an account?
If you’d like to open an account, please visit the Contact Us page and complete all of the fields. Within 24 hours, you will receive our “New Client Request” form which is an interactive PDF. Once we receive your completed New Client Request form, we’ll review everything and give you call.
What are normal “turn times” for Cheddar Designs?
Album designs normally take 5-7 business days from the time that we receive your images. “Ready to Print” files take 2-3 business days and our “From RAW to WOW!” prep to print service normally take 3-5 business days.
How are my prints and album designs shipped?
All prints and album designs are shipped via USPS™ Priority Mail with Signature Confirmation. Expedited shipping via FedEx™ is available if you provide us with your FedEx™ account number.
Who is Cheddar Designs mascot?
Weighing in at 14 pounds, Cheddar’s mascot is a clingy white poodle that answers to the name “Nero.”
What are Cheddar’s hours of operation?
Cheddar is available to open your new account and will return all phone and email messages Monday-Friday from noon-3pm Central Standard Time.
